* Change FB useragent
This one has the same usual android interface but still allows /messages without Messenger app (unless your account is disallowed to use it, which didn't work on KaiOS UA anyway). This fixes the issue of opening View Full Image leading to an error page.
* removing unnecessary cursor type change
since we're no longer using KaiOS UA
* bump to chrome 99

Fix certain windows getting blocked (false positive) by Kiwi. OAID is the typical marker for an adserver but it can yield false positives. In real-life, the X-XSS-Protection header is often not present on adservers so we use this header as an heuristic / best-guess.
