Work towards getting isolated built-in extension compiles
For #271167

This makes it so our built-in extensions can mostly be built using `tsc` on the command line. Previously the extensions were picking up a lot of typing info from the root `node_modules` that meant they weren't truly independent

Jake - JavaScript build tool

Notice: This extension is bundled with Visual Studio Code. It can be disabled but not uninstalled.

Features

This extension supports running Jake tasks defined in a Jakefile.js file as VS Code tasks. Jake tasks with the name 'build', 'compile', or 'watch' are treated as build tasks.

To run Jake tasks, use the Tasks menu.

Settings

  • jake.autoDetect - Enable detecting tasks from Jakefile.js files, the default is on.
